Booking Terms

For direct bookings (bookings made through this website, rather than a third-party platform), the following terms and policies apply. If booking through another booking system (ie. Airbnb or Stayz), please refer to those platforms for the specific terms.

• 50% deposit is payable at time of reservation to secure your booking (manual or custom bookings made outside of the website require full payment upfront).
• Your final payment will be charged 5 days prior to check in, to the card you used for the booking deposit.
• Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund.
• If guests cancel less than 5 days out from check-in, but up until the day before check-in, a 50% refund will be provided.
• If guests cancel on the day of check-in onwards, no refund is provided.
